Many of us have some trouble sleeping at night. Two biggest distractions from that essential rest can be noise and light. A sleep mask can not only block out the obvious sources of light, like lamps and televisions, but also natural light like the sun and moon. We will be making masks every Monday, make a mask for yourself or to give away. No need to book, just turn up.
