Terms of Advertising
All orders for advertising or advertorial or any other form of fee-attracting content in print and/or online are accepted on the following basis:
Written or verbal confirmation will form the contract to advertise
Print or digital display of the agreed advertising or advertorial or any other form of fee-attracting content will be the point at which the agreed fee becomes a contractual commitment
Rate card rates will apply, unless a long-term commitment to a partnership is agreed
Design will be included in the cost, unless agreed otherwise. A maximum of 2 proofs will be provided
Invoices will be sent via email by the 5th of the month of publication
Invoices should be settled within 7 days wherever possible. If an invoice remains outstanding for more than 28 days then a reminder will be sent, requesting immediate payment
No additional orders will be accepted, whilst an invoice remains outstanding
