Waterfront Walk

Enjoy a scenic walk along the Waterfront.

It’s one mile (there and back) from Anytime Fitness to Aurora, which is the perfect excuse for a little exercise. Walking helps to keep your cardiovascular system (heart & lungs) healthy and it’s a low impact exercise which means it’s suitable for most people. A gentle walk will help you to clear your mind and get some fresh air which is essential for good brain function and improves your immune system too.
