New Year, New You
This month, everyone is asking “What are your new year’s resolutions this year?” We think, a more interesting question to ask is “Are you going to keep your new year’s resolutions this year?”
If your plans involve weight loss, toning up or wanting to achieve a major milestone such as running a 10k or marathon, a hundred mile bike ride, a first triathlon, climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, or perhaps you’ve never set foot in a gym in your life, please pop into Anytime Fitness 24 hour gym to discuss your plans. You have probably heard about Personal Trainers , why not come and meet ours? They are normal people who have studied hard for their qualifications and they are passionate about helping people with all aspects of health and fitness. Whatever your age, we have a number of members in their 50’s, 60’s and 70’s who are on a regular exercise programme with us.
The important thing to know about our personal trainers, is they will work with you to develop a personalised plan that combines a good exercise regime with a good diet. All personal training clients undergo a base line health assessment so both you, and us, are confident that you are starting at the right place for you.
STICKING TO YOUR GOALS
Whether you prefer a gentle nudge or a big kick, we will be there to encourage you in the way that motivates you the most so that you stay on track to achieve your goals. We also recommend having a written plan, with a clear objective, so that you can monitor your progress and see how far you’ve come.
